Peace of mind........
For a potential home buyer there are numerous concerns throughout the purchase process........the greatest of which is the assurance that the home that has been chosen is safe and free from costly unexpected repairs. Herein lies my basic responsibility to the buyer and agents. It is my job to give the buyer all the information necessary to make a sound decision that he/she can live with. What you know doesn't hurt you, it's what you weren't made aware of that can end up being so devastating financially and emotionally. A thorough inspection of the home's structure, exterior, roof system, HVAC system, plumbing system, electrical system, interior, crawlspace, basement and attic space will leave no stone unturned and reduce the potential for those costly "surprise" repairs.
The Report.........
The report is a comprehensive overview of my findings complete with photos
of the home and various issues found thru out the inspection of the home.
The buyer and agent can expect to view their report later that same day and
may be obtained in a couple of convenient avenues. The first, is to go to
my website at www.homegauge.com/shgi/RPI and with a provided password view
the report in it's entirety. For those who don't have access to a computer
the second way to view the report is to receive a faxed copy and if all that
fails then a copy of the report will be delivered to you doorstep!!
Convenience.....
In this day and time we all have grown accustomed to knowing what it is that
we want and expecting it right away and getting a comprehensive and thorough
inspection report back into the hands of the buyer and agent as quickly as
possible enables the buyer and agent more time to evaluate the next phase of
negotiations. I also possess a lockbox key so it is not necessary that an
agent take time out of their day to gain access into homes for me.
